Free express delivery on all orders to India!
When you order premium formulas, you expect first-class service. We totally agree! That is why Express shipping is included on all our orders. It means that we deliver your formula within 4 to 8 business days almost anywhere in India. All orders are shipped directly from our temperature-controlled warehouse in the Netherlands right to your doorstep. After our courier has picked up your order, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail and/or SMS, and you will have to fill out your KYC form (you may need to look in your spam folder).
- After receiving the tracking number you can adjust some of your delivery preferences for your convenience on the courier’s website.
- Always order your formula on time! Shipping and delivery may take longer due to slower processing times by our courier or customs. Or due to other uncontrollable delays, i.e. weather and holidays;
- We do not ship on the weekends. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following business day;
- Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Customs & KYC (Know Your Customer)
The total order amount at check-out includes Express shipping and duties.
Please Note: Any penalties due to missing or delayed KYC documents are on behalf of the receiver. The recipient is the importer of record, responsible for importing the shipment, and must comply with all laws and KYC regulations of the destination. Customs clearance procedures (like an inspection) can cause some delays beyond our original delivery date so, please always order your formula on time! Damage or lost
Unfortunately, packages sometimes get damaged or lost during their journey. We guarantee that your products leave our warehouse in a pristine state! Unless your sealed package of the formula was accidentally opened, any damage to the box or tin is only cosmetic and can be used safely. If you received a badly damaged package, it’s necessary to directly report it to the courier employee and take pictures of the damaged item(s). Otherwise, the carrier will deny compensation. Please also don’t hesitate to contact us and report the damage. We will do everything we can to help you!
In the rare case of a delay or loss of your package, we will contact the carrier to start an investigation. Once we have the claim confirmation from them, we will gladly issue you a refund.
Oops! We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order. Please contact us immediately with your order number, and please attach a photo of the item you did receive to help identify the mistake. We will send you a return shipping label and schedule a courier for pickup. If we have the correct item in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the right item is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment. It can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
